Why is my account showing as fraud?

To protect our customers from fraud we employ the highest levels of security. 

Reasons for 'fraud' can include:

  • Purchases using your card from a foreign IP address
  • Purchases from a proxy website
Please raise a ticket in the 'Support' section of the website to resolve this.

To re-instate your account, you will need to provide an image of your card with your name and the last four digits of your card visible.
